The 16th ACM Conference on Data and Application Security and Privacy (CODASPY) seeks to disseminate ongoing and recent security and privacy research through its posters track. We invite two types of poster submissions. First, we solicit traditional poster abstracts that present novel research directions, work in progress (WIP), and present preliminary results. Second, we invite authors of recently published or accepted work (2024 and later), potentially with extensions, to submit their work to be considered for presentation at the conference's poster session.

Note: Accepted posters will be hosted on the conference website prior to the conference, but will not be included in the conference proceedings.

Submission Instructions

Type 1 (novel directions and WIP): The authors should submit a short proposal describing the main contributions of their work. The proposal should contain an abstract, a motivation of the work, and brief description of the contributions. The authors may optionally submit the proposed poster (as a one-page slide in PDF format). Submissions should be formatted in the two-column ACM conference style format, and should be at most two pages long (including references). The titles should begin with "Poster:".

Type 2 (recently published or accepted work): The authors should submit the abstract of the original paper, a full bibliographic reference (including the authors, title, venue, and year), a link/DOI to the published paper, and the proposed poster (as a one-page slide in PDF format).

Submissions should not be anonymized, and should be made through https://codaspy26posters.hotcrp.com/.

Important Dates

Submission deadline: May 20, 2026, 23:59 AoE.

Notifications: To give authors sufficient time for travel preparations, decisions will be made on a rolling basis, and no later than June 1st, 2026 23:59 AoE.
